
Lead Pastor
Pastor Jim offers the congregation the benefit of 35 years of pastoral experience and possesses academic credentials including a Bachelor of Arts in English, a Master of Business Administration, and a Master of Divinity.
Jim, an itinerant Methodist pastor, has served in five different appointments across Ohio and is now the Lead Pastor at Millersport Methodist Church. He is passionate about preaching and teaching the Word of God. Drawing on his experience in sales and education at NCR, Jim crafts intuitive sermons that relate Scripture to everyday experiences and inspire practical steps in faith.
Jim and his wife, Cyndi, have devoted forty years to marriage and ministry. Their commitment contributes hospitality, encouragement, and steadfast faithfulness to the church community. Both are engaged in local activities as members of the Lions Club. They reside in Millersport, accompanied by their dog, Zuko, and cat, Katara, and are pleased to call this community their home.

Stephen was born in Blackpool, UK, in 1952, and relocated to the United States with my parents during childhood. My wife, Connie, and I have celebrated fifty years of marriage. Over the years, I have held various church leadership roles, emphasizing Lay Leader/Eldership, Staff Parish Relations, and Counseling. Among the Holy Scriptures, the Gospel of John remains my preferred book. I am committed to ongoing study of Church doctrine, the New Testament (excluding Revelations), and the first four centuries of church history. Currently, I am honored to serve our parish as Lay Leader and Chairman of Staff Parish Relations, working alongside our pastor, Reverend Jim Condrey.

A lifelong Millersport resident, Pat serves as a Firefighter Paramedic with over 20 years of experience and is a small business owner, Fire Service Instructor, and youth coach. He has served in a number of roles to several non-profits and participates in the Praise band, security team, and community connection. Pat demonstrates strong dedication to his responsibilities within the church and adopts an open-door policy, encouraging inclusive dialogue to facilitate decisions grounded in Faith, Family, and Life.

Aaron holds the position of Finance Chair at Millersport Methodist Church. He demonstrates strong expertise in financial management and data analysis, effectively overseeing budgeting, financial operations, collaborative efforts, communication, fundraising, and stewardship responsibilities.

Karen relocated to Millersport, where she met Tom Taylor and they spent more than 27 years together before moving to Florida. Following Tom’s passing, Karen decided to return to Newark, Ohio.
Karen’s 2024 mission trip to Malawi deeply shaped her faith and perspective, reinforcing her commitment to the biblical call in Matthew 28:19. Motivated by this journey, she has stayed actively involved in local and international missions through Millersport Methodist Church, playing a vital role in the church’s outreach and vision.

Since joining the Church staff as Office Manager and Administrative Assistant, Lois has drawn on her Secretarial Science degree from National Business College to manage the office’s daily operations. Grateful for the chance to support Pastor Jim and serve the congregation, Lois strives to provide a welcoming and helpful experience to everyone who calls or visits the office, viewing this role as an essential part of her service to the Lord.
